Ingredients Needed:

For Salsa:

6 Roma Tomatoes

1/4 C Sweet Onion

Few Springs Cilantro

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 TB. Olive Oil

1 Jalepeno (optional)

For Toppings:

1/4 C Sweet Onion (diced)

2 Radishes (sliced)

1 Roma tomato (diced)

Few Springs Cilantro

1 Rainbow Trout (filleted or not)

6- 5" tortillas (corn tortillas)

Fillet Fish & De-Bone

Season Fish

Tortillas

Fish Tea (Fish Broth)

Assemble

Salsa

Finish & Enjoy!
